Freelance Designer/Art Director/Illustrator
Design custom logomarks and logotypes, brand identity and guidelines, lettering, illustrations, books, brand collaterals, wayfinding, exhibitions, posters, presentations, websites, etc. Clients include Google, The New York Times, Stanford d.school, Parsons, and RISD Museum.

Senior Visual Designer (Google), Huge Inc.
Collaborated with copywriters, researchers, and Google stakeholders to create visual systems, illustrations, diagrams, infographics, research presentations, templates with detailed guidelines for implementation of future content, AI-generated assets, and case studies about Responsible AI development at Google.

Design Director, Micro (stealth tech startup)
Worked closely with CEO and founders to ideate, produce, and manage all creative efforts including brand identity, decks, product design, websites, marketing, photo & video art direction, artist collabs, and generative AI pipeline. Collaborated with various teams and managed contractors.

Typeface Designer, Occupant Fonts (Morisawa company)
Published original retail typefaces and updated and/or expanded existing ones in foundry’s font library for robust language support. Designed website and all marketing assets in-house.

Taught core typography classes for sophomores based on a new original syllabus and led public lectures and workshops. Frequent guest lecturer/critic at other schools.
